The R.E.F.U.G.E. - Resource Environment for Underprivileged Groups Enterprise

The R.E.F.U.G.E. is a level 11 hands-off Mental Health Residential Facility for delinquent and at-risk youths ages 6-17.

The R.E.F.U.G.E. Provides emergency beds for Alameda County Foster Care in each of its three residential group homes

The R.E.F.U.G.E. Provides residential care and treatment for children with social, emotional, and/or behavioral problems. The R.E.F.U.G.E. operates a comprehensive group home system of care that provides mental health, educational, nutritional, and recretional as well as a variety of other specialized programs for vulnerable, troubled and seriously disturbed children.
