Nima is a trained somatic therapist, who uses bodily awareness practices to help folks recover from trauma through regulating the nervous system. Nima holds a broad cultural and sociopolitical lens to look at how we experience our bodies not just as sites of trauma but as exeriences of resilience, culture and ancestry.
