Nima Saalabi

Nima is a trained somatic therapist, who uses bodily awareness practices to help folks recover from trauma through regulating the nervous system. Nima holds a broad cultural and sociopolitical lens to look at how we experience our bodies not just as sites of trauma but as exeriences of resilience, culture and ancestry. He works from a trauma-informed anti-oppression lens, and works with many 1st and 2nd generation immigrants on issues of complex trauma, childhood trauma, and cultural trauma.
