Eden Community Support Center

Community Support Centers are made up of service teams that provide crisis, individual, group, family and case management services. All the service teams include case managers and a psychiatrist. Only clients with primary mental health diagnosis are accepted. Also provides vocational training, housing assistance and psychiatric medication services.

The Center provides outpatient services for adults with severe mental health problems. Also provides prescriptions and maintenance of medications. Offers individual and group psychotherapy and intensive case management for adults, age 18 or over, with chronic mental illness at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. Also offers some group therapy.
