The CDC has created a series to address some of the challenges with stress and anxiety so many of us have felt since the pandemic started. Part 1 describes how stress affects us and what we can do manage stress. Part 2 highlights the impact of the pandemic on peoples' stress levels, and ways to manage stress specifically related to COVID-19. Part 3 expands on coping mechanisms and part 4 how we can change our thinking and manage our thoughts to reduce stress.
